𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐩 — 𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤
 Students from 7th grade at Colégio Casa Mãe visited the Porto Food Bank, taking part in a volunteering experience marked by sharing and a strong spirit of solidarity.
During the visit, they had the opportunity to learn about the important work carried out by the organization and to help with the organization and sorting of food donations, contributing, even in a small way, to support those who need it most.
More than just an activity, it was a meaningful moment of reflection and learning about the importance of cooperation, empathy, and commitment to the community.
Experiences like this help shape students into more aware, compassionate, and responsible citizens, reinforcing values that make a difference both inside and outside the school.

Os alunos do 7.º ano do Colégio Casa Mãe visitaram o Banco Alimentar Contra a Fome do Porto, participando numa experiência de voluntariado marcada pela partilha e pelo espírito de solidariedade.
Durante a visita, tiveram a oportunidade de conhecer o trabalho desenvolvido pela instituição e colaborar na organização e separação de bens alimentares, contribuindo, ainda que de forma simples, para apoiar quem mais precisa.
Mais do que uma atividade, foi um momento de reflexão e de aprendizagem sobre a importância da entreajuda, da empatia e do compromisso com a comunidade.
Experiências como esta ajudam a formar cidadãos mais atentos, solidários e responsáveis, reforçando valores que fazem a diferença dentro e fora da escola.
